Game crashes on start-up

So I got this from the Humble Weekly Sale just for Atom Zombie Smasher, but still: this game spits out a "This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way" error message on start-up and then crashes. I wonder why?

I'm running windows 7 64bit. What can I send the dev to make the problem easier to find? DxDiag? Msinfo?

set XP-SP3 compatibility mode for airforte.exe, works for me

Mine also doesn't work. Same error. setting to XP-SP3 did not work.


Running windows 7 64bit, Radeon 6900 series, intel i5 2500k. 16GB RAM.

Setting Xp-SP3 compatibility mode didn't work for me. I assume you set the .exe to compatibility mode, right?

Same here, Win7-64bit doesn't work (I've tried all compatibility modes available (XP,Vista, SP2-3 etc), but neither helped.

same here for Air Forte, all other games are fine, changing compatability didnt work.

Game freezes at the first click. I use PhenomII x4 3.5GHz, Radeon 5870 on Win7 64bit. Compatibility thing doesen't work
