Better to focus on unlocking Heart Catch mode. Click their head and busts really fast in alternating order to quickly level her up. At around 20 or so, you unlock Heart Catch which can be entered with a Heart Catch Ticket sold at Etch's shop.

like hued said, do heart catch mode. they only give you the prompt to kiss when theyre in lovey dovey mode, which can only be unlocked when the girl is level 100 in the dressing room and you get a perfect heart catch game after.

I have a girl over level one hundred and got her into lovey dovey mode but I don't see any special prompts.

Touching the lips directly don't work. I tried clicking on the left or right area beside the mouth when she attempts to kiss you, and she says thanks, so I'm guessing this it correct. It's weird because I'm not directly clicking on her pursed lips, but instead im clicking away from her lips and almost near her cheeks.

In order for the character to initate pero pero mode or to have her kiss you, you have to be in lovey dovey mode (flowers fall on the screen and she is blushing). Then you ZOOM in on the character's face and she'll eventually say that she wants to kiss and then you click on the right/left side of her pursed lips (you don't click on her lips, but rather near her lips).

To get this mode, you have to get perfect in the Heart Catcher game and the character has to be lvl 100.

Another alternative is to get the character to lvl 120 (max lvl) and use the cheat [you select the character that you want in the dressing room and hold square (this brings you to the model viewer where you can touch the model, rotate etc), while still holding square you have to press Up, Up, Down, Down, Right, Right, Left, Left, Up, Right, Down, Left, Up. If you did it right then white flowers fall on the screen and she says something.

It doesn't seem to work with a controller, so I had to use a mouse.

I tried using the cheat with mana, but it didn't work, so I switched to Ranka. Once I was in the Control Guide screen, I had to hold down square and input the cheat. Im not sure how fast you have to input the directions.

Skip to 1:39, because I forgot to max zoom all the way to her face.

I never actually clicked on the pursed lips, but around the area in 1:55 or 1:56.

I have one maxed out already, and the kissing is really weird as it is not near her lips at all :/

Yea, it's odd. I checked videos of the Vita version dress room kiss and it's the same. At least the sensor for the kiss is not the forehead and actually near the mouth.

Strange,I do the kiss with click right an her lips and it worked...and after that I tried several times it seems almost click anywhere on her face is pretty ok.....so..what happened..?

It's not so much that it is the forehead that you have to click, but the upper region of the screen. they seem to have assigned the spot to a fixed screen location instead of to the character, so depending on how you have them orientated when you zoomed in, it might over their forehead (what would happen if you have the face centered).

You can cycle between three different control schemes (Back button if you're on a 360 controller), but only one of them allows touching via the left mouse button. I believe you need to be in that specific mode.

It's been explained in a previous comment.
When you get her into lovey dovey mode, you zoom all they way into her face and wait a bit. After a couple of seconds you will get the kiss related voice lines, eventually leading to an opportunity to kiss her (tap her face). There is no actual UI prompt.
