Anyone having problems booting it?

So is anyone else having issues booting tb3? Whenever I try and launch it, nothing happens. No new processes in the task manager that I can see, and no feedback on any errors or nothing. I've tried verifying my local cache through steam, I've tried restarting my computer (figured you never know when that might help) and I've tried reinstalling tb3. The results are always the same, so I'm left wondering if there's something wrong with the application or if I've messed up somehow.
Also relevant, if I navigate to the local .exe (Steam\steamapps\common\Toolbag 3) I get a system error saying the program can't start because MFReadWrite.dll is missing from my computer, and that I should try reinstalling the program to fix the problem. :s

Nevermind. Solved it myself by installing the feature pack for windows 10 (KB3133719) which for some reason fixed it. Found the answer in a GTAV thread. :p

need to disable your anti virus or add C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Toolbag 3\toolbag_steam.exe to your virus exception list, the anti virus is thinking the .exe is a virus file and block it.

I had this problem because I'm using an N-version of Windows 10.
Installed media pack, restarted PC, now works perfect.

I had to do this one for my version, it lists the features it includes.
It's only a 70MB install so no big deal
