I'm missing a hat...

I have 30 out of 31 hats, and cannot figure out how to get the last one. I'm missing the 5th hat (top row, 5th from left).

I have completed every challenge, done each type of fatality at least 3 times (including both lasers), earned every Steam achievement (eff that stupid desert bird, by the way), got a max score in the sandbox, etc.

Anyone have any idea of something else I could try?

I'm trying to get the dummy killed by the block (the block you can put weapons on and give it a try)
It may just be a bug or they didn't update it yet.

I had already done a Wallality. Just in case, I just did another Wallality, and still no hat. Like I said, I've done every fatality and achievement in this game, but getting that hat obviously involves something else.

You need to get a fatality using only Zero Gravities. Obviously that is impossible.

Just fininshed all of the new Dungeon. Was fun. I'm still missing this hat, however. Anyone ever figure out how to get this (top row, 5th from left)? It's the only thing I haven't completed in this game...

Okay, so that hat is given by killing dummy with a lab block. I guess we need to add these descriptions into game

the one where u get need to kill the dummy with a block does the dummy need to hit the block hard enough to take damage or does he have to die from the weapons that are placed on it cuz i placed the flamethrowers on the block and managed to kill the dummy with them but i didnt get the hat

You need to hit the dummy hard with a block itself

You do know about the secretality, right?
