The download link is in the description.
1. Download and install.
2. Start GCFScape and click Open.
3. Go to your Left 4 Dead 2 VPK directory: .\Steam\steamapps\common\left 4 dead 2\left4dead2
4. Open it.
There's 6 posters you can replace, and 2 billboards, and the stage backdrop.
Here are the paths leading to the files that must be changed:
1. Now you need a program to convert *.vtf format. I used VTFEdit: https://developer.valvesoftware.com/wiki/VTFEdit
2. Convert them into a format you can modify like *.tga or *.jpg.
I preferred to export them as *.tga for my concert mods. (File -> Export)
3. Edit them or replace them. I used Adobe Photoshop for this.
4. Convert it back to *.vtf format. Open VTFEdit. (File -> Import)
5. Use the correct settings or the image will not show correctly.
6. Save it.
Then just drop them back into their directories and you're done.
This thing can compile and decompile vpk's, just drag them on it (or on a shortcut to it) and it will pack / unpack them.
You need to recreate the hierarchy of the game files, the best way to learn is to take a concert mod from the Workshop, go into Steam/steamapps/left 4 dead 2/left4dead2/addons/workshop, copy the correct vpk and drag & drop in onto this "vpk.exe"
