Tank health bar

Hi, I saw some versus videos on yt and some players have a "tank health bar" where, as its name describes it just shows how much health the enemy tank has, does anyone knows what addon is it? and how to install it properly?

Usually plugins do that. There are also some workshop mods for tank's health, but afaik the plugin versions have better health hud/ display.

It can be customized per client to hide/show parts you want or don't want (like if you only wanted boss infected hp bar)
