Command to change the height of the first person camera?

Im working on a mod where all the survivors and infected are scaled down to be less than half their regular size. When I've tried similar mods in the past, the first person camera has always remained at the regular height and not at the adjusted height of the playermodel. Is there a command that can be used to alter the height?
