Mods not downloading

When I try to download mods, it appears that I am subscribed but the download of the mods does not start, it only shows that I am subscribed but there is no data downloaded from any mod, in the mods section only the thumbnail appears with 0B downloaded

I tried with other games like Day Z and the workshop downloads are working fine.

Any idea on how to solve this?

Did the loading bar showed up when you launched the game & entered the main menu? Subscribed mods usually show up if the loading bar shows up even if it's just for few seconds. If the loading bar doesn't show up, there might be some problems with the connection or cloud.

If the vpk files show up in "workshop" folder, you can try to move them to the previous folder "addons" to make them load immediately without having to wait the loading bar to show up.

I mean the mods show up on the steam game info, only the thumbnail. When I enter the game theres no mods because theres no download.

I downloaded every mod manually and put it on ''D:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\addons'' and it worked. But it would be more convenient if the download of mods were automatic with steam, kinda weird thats working on other games.
