Removing the hands in first person?

Not sure if there was any known way of doing this on purpose instead of a glitch, is there any other way to make the player's hands invisible in first person? Or is this strictly only possible by manually modding the survivor files?

You can use a console command for that.
Try cl_viewmodelfovsurvivor 0

I do have to thank you for reminding me on that console command, as that what I needed to use to test around with afterwards, but not what I was looking for.

Sorry if I was not specific enough, but I need a guide of how to remove the survivor's hands without messing with that command (Basically, the first person view will just have a gun/weapon floating in the air.)
