If you want to replace them, use Audacity, and export them as a wav. You could directly replace the .wavs in this location, but creating a .vpk addon is the safer route in case you mess something up and you don't need to verify cache again. Keep in mind that new song lengths must match exactly the original length of the song.

There are three hunter noises found somewhere else, it's the clawing sound effect, called "zombiedog_attackX". In this location: D:\Program Files\Steam\SteamApps\common\Left 4 Dead 2\left4dead2\sound\player\pz\voice\attack

i have followed and learned from it and has served me well making tank themes - i have yet to do concert mod but you just have to learn the file pathways
i think its the same for voices but correct me if wrong on this
