Report a translation problem
"laser_sight" should be 1.
"upgradepack_explosive" should be 0.
"upgradepack_incendiary" should be 0.
In flags the "Spawned Item Must Exist" flag should be checked if you want it to always be there.
Adding CSS weapons is a bit more tricky. By default they don't precache model or weapon data. This means you need to manually precache them in vscripts for them to work properly in your map.
They also aren't in the FGD file by default.
