Custom sounds (chat wheel/ptt) sounboard
I miss the chat wheel sounds from dota2, so i implemented them on here!

I also have audacity with LAME encoder so I can implement any sound i want if anyone would like a tutorial id be glad to write one.

I'm very excited if anyone would like to discuss feel free to do so.

i am using push to talk then hotkey with sound effect, because people did not like open mic.
