Hidden CSS weapons

I just found out (Through Tumtara) that there are hidden CSS weapons (AWP, Knife, etc.) and a riot shield in the game. How do I unlock them? (They say there is a mod but I can't find it.) Do I need to buy CSS? (I have CSGO). Thanks
