But, if you didn't cheat in L4D2 and have received a VAC ban it would have most likely been in another game that you decided to cheat in because you couldn't care less about the rules that Steam provides that tells you that you're not allowed to hack, I'd like to take the assumption that you're posting it here in the forums which is irrelevant to L4D2 because you could just go to Steam Support otherwise to ask about your VAC ban. I'm just going to state that they cannot help you remove your VAC ban if you're guilty because you're now going to have to live with it.
Now, now, relax yourself and just take a deep breath and don't panic when I tell you this. But unfortunately, you will be heavily disliked by players in the Steam community for you now having a recent VAC ban on record, players do not like playing with cheaters as stated in the VAC ban information and you'll be judged by players for having it. You'll be considered unworthy to the community for using cheats in a game when you weren't supposed to, and you'll have to live with having the VAC ban on your Steam record for as long as you shall live.
You cannot solve your problem. You live with it. Every. Single. Day. Just like you do with cheating in games. Toodles!
