Can I replace the edited version with the retail version?
Hey everyone,
I have accidently traded for and installed an edited version of L4D2. Is it possible to buy the NA version and replace the edited? Does any one have any experience with this? Thanks.

You have to contact steam support and ask them to remove the gifted game from your account. But, they may not agree to do it.

Steam allows you to have as many accounts as you like. So, just make another if you must.
