Australia brought in an R18 rating awhile back now, I imagine if this was the case when L4D2 came out we might not have got the low violence version. I'd love to see Valve resubmit the original game as it was intended to the game classification board in Australia so we can kill zombies in style...

I've owned the game for like, 2 years now? Played for less than 10mins. It's unplayable in the low violence form. Hoping the R-rated version will finally be done so I can actually play the game. I really enjoyed playing the original. I remember it well because it was around the time I had my son. He's almost 5 now. Still waiting to play L4D2.

Same here. I want a R18+ rating for this game. I'm tired of the Australian goverment treating me like a kid. I've barely touched this game too. I've played with it modded, but I'd prefer to play with others online because that's what it was intended for. I've only been able to play in single player.
