Left4Uncut

Since the update Left4Uncut now no longer works. Us Australians and Germans can now no longer play the uncensored version of the game.

I dont like our chances of Left4Uncut being updated. Version 2.1 was released back on April 25th, 2010. Dont even know if the creator of the patch is even aware. Or if he even plays now.

Anyway, his name is FaNaTiC.

We have to fix this! For the sake of the children!

So, while us less fortunate ones are waiting for a possible L4Uncut update, lets look at alternatives.
Creating US account?
Gifting?

I already have L4D2 (censored version) installed and running on my PC with Steam.
Is it still possible to get the US version and install that? Will one replace the other? Will I have two versions? Or will Steam not let me because I already have a version installed?

Phew, good thing I don't live in Australia or Germany. Both countries suck because one of the best games on earth is censored. I feel bad for Australians, though.
