HELP, PLEASE!!!!!!!!!

I don't know what's happening. I can play all modes (single player, with friends, ....) but I can't play on Steam's servers. Please help me, I bought the original game on Steam.

Does it give you an error?
Are you able to join normal multiplayer games, entering games using the campaign, versus,... tabs on the main menu?
Have you tried verifying the game cache?

How do you know you cant play on steam servers? So you can join all games even multiplayer modes unless they use official steam servers? If that is the case try verifying the game cashe, but sound like you have been banned from official servers for something you did

maybe its the online servers but try to disable constant guard
