Aus Version gore patch,

Ok so Australiea finaly got R18+ rated games, this game was concored on relese due to only having a m15+ (this was just for show by the aus govornment most other games have never been cencored) i was wondering if steam could patch back in the gore now that there is a new rating system that would allow it.
