Add-ons from Steam Workshop Won't Appear

I'm running L4D2 on a Mac, and, whatever reason, none of the add-ons I've downloaded from the Steam Workshop are appearing in the Add-Ons menu. I've restarted the game multiple times, but they won't show up. Any ideas?

There was some post from a Valve admin pinned to the top of the discussion board that said the Workshop wasn't live yet. I looked at it again though, and it was from a while ago. So apparently it is actually live, and it's just plain not working. Apparently a lot of Mac users are having issues

temp fix is go to your add on folder on the mac inside the folder is another folder called workshop folder, take all the files inside and move them into the addon folder and it should work :)
