So, Expert in Realisms' temp hp does not deplete
Right now in Expert Realism in official servers temporary hit points (from pills or adrenaline) are not depleting. This of course detracts from the difficulty. Is this on purpose? Is this only happening to the group of people I play with? Is it really an unmentioned new glitch?

That is due to misconfigured servers. Best to just get off the server and block the server

The problem is this has happened with every single official server I've played in the last week or two.

I occasionally run across this problem, too. It doesn't happen in every match, though, but it indeed happens on official servers, both Valve and Pinion.

Add it to the growing list of issues introduced to the game that have yet to be addressed by the dev team. I guess they're busy working on adding Workshop support so maybe we'll be lucky and some of them will be taken care of once Workshop support is fully released.
