steam.inf .. .What the hell is this?

I keep getting disconnected for a Steam.inf that Just isn't a file on my computer nor is it a missing file when verified. What the hell is it?

I had it on one server. It's likely a misconfigured server and nothing to worry about on your end.

Pick local play not dedicated server then.

I'm having this problem too, it's happening on every server I try to join and it was fine an hour ago
