A. All old mutations can be played at any time.
B. Are you thinking of taaaannks? I don't remember a charger one.

Its in Rayman1103's Mutation Mod also has hunter,boomer,jockey.smoker and spitter only ones

Riding My Survivor is an existing VS mutation with nothing but Jockeys, their health and speed greatly increased. You might wanna check it out. Like trash said, Rayman's custom mutation mod has "training" mutations where you'll only ever spawn as one type on infected, which you can choose. Including Tank. You can also play against the survivor bots, fun stuff.
