If on Workshop: Click big green +Subscribe button below map/campaign images. Pray.
If all goes well, the map will install and should show up in the Addons menu. Make sure the box to the left of the map/campaign is checked.
Go into either Campaign or Survival mode (make sure you make the correct selections, you can't play campaigns on survival maps nor can you play survival in most addon campaigns.) Play. Have fun. Repeat.
