special infected kinda weird?

for some reason special infected always spawns no matter what. for an example in tank run, other special infected like the charger and jockey always spawns along side the tanks (not even mods that remove special infected or removing all my mods won't work)

i don't remember getting any mods that forces it to spawn, only mutations like witch parade and charger nation but that did not happen while subscribing to them

The fastest way to check whether it's caused by mods or not is by disabling all script mods. Anything about to special infected spawn is related to script mods, so if you have no idea about which script mods caused the bug, just disable all & then test your game. If the bug is gone, enable 10 mods, & test again. Keep enabling 10 more mods & testing again until the same bug shows up again. Once it shows up again, you only need to check the last 10 mods enabled.

i tried removing all my mods (script or not) but it still happens
