I never noticed it but the hunter and the boomer don't show up in 2's
The second trailer mainly focuses on the 'new' infected with only the smoker and the tank showing up.

Smoker showed up to grab Ellis.

Boomer is visible (at least, I'm pretty sure it's him) at the bottom left during the elevator sequence.

They wanted to show off new zombies,jockey and spitter so there was no screentime for him
