Who is the face of left 4 dead?

All valve games have a character that represents their game in it's promotional artwork (with heavy representing tf2, for example) but l4d's infected hand has remained as the "face" of the game since launch now. Which character do you think would fit the most as the face of left 4 dead?

Makes sense, and bill's clothes are green which fit with the green in l4d1's promotional art featuring the infected hand

Bill's sort of the face for L4D1, since he frequently cameos in other games, and was sort of the central character for the sacrifice.

In L4D2, I'd argue its Ellis, even though the group as a whole each take turns.

L4D2: Ellis (tho Nick is the one you see on the logo for the game shooting a clown infected), and if the fanbase is taken into consideration its probably Coach.

erm i mean boomer is probably the most noteable of all special infected and imo is the face of l4d franchise.

bill is a 2nd b/c he died and is on crossovers but overall it's hard to pick out just ONE survivor from either group since well they're a group

it's like asking whats the face of evolve or dead by daylight.

it's hard to pick out just ONE especially in horror games where it's not just 1 evil entity or overpowered person / monster.

Bill. The elderly veteran is the most unique and memorable out of the cast: Elderly people, let alone elderly veterans, aren't common protagonists in games and movies.

I love them all though. They're all charming.

Bill and Coach, they're the respective leaders of each group, they appear most prominently in the promotional trailers and on the store pages, and they're among the most popular choices when players are picking their character.
