is there a tank healthbar mod?

so, there were to instances where I saw a tank health bar. I was in a public modded game with this other guy when a tank spawned and it had this weird affect were three 4 tanks appeared at the same time all with smaller health and a health bar, then I saw a video by a guy named, (noskillch) on Youtube, (video; Left 4 dead 2- played on a modded T1 server) and there was a tank health bar right there. is there a mod that adds a tank health bar? please help.

I use this one - Tank damage visualizer, there's like three states of blood and you can get used to it, and pick the exact moment to approach Tank and finish him off:

Most of tank's health bar mods usually come from plugins. There are some mods on workshop that show tank's health bar. I think they would show up when you type those keywords when searching mods on workshop.

Global Radar add on has one for the tank. Shows an icon if it was lit on fire too.

so one of my answers has been a been cleared. now I need to know where that four tank mod is if there is one thank you people for everything stated!

Some modded servers have custom tanks, so those four tanks might come from modded servers. Or, if you want a tank mod with custom abilities, there's "Super Tanks" mod:

Well.. not the one I linked, which requires no other additional mod to work.
The workshop search results don't always make it easy to find what you are exactly looking for.
