L4D2 – Play as Bill (Solved)

So I’ve heard that it’s possible to play as Bill in L4D2. Is that true? And if so, how? Ideally I don’t want to just play as him for like a single bonus mission. I’d like to have him as regular selectable character. Can anyone explain?

because ALL l4d1 campaign are in the game that how you can play as bill

if you want to play as bill in l4d2 campaign you need to mod the game

There are no special missions or anything like that, the closest thing is the campaign "the last stand" which is like an alternate future.

You can get a mod that lets you play as Bill (or any L4D1 survivor) in any campaign

Modded only. The vocalizer, the quotes will likely not work in the intended ways, but yes. Model can always be changed in a desired way, but from then on you might start to wonder exactly how much "Bill" is your Bill. I am not sure if he can even say "Heal up, Ellis" via the available scripts.
