L4D1 maps in L4D2?

Is it true that left 4 dead 1 maps are in left 4 dead 2? So does that mean I dont have to buy L4D1??? Because what would be the point of buying the first one if the second one already has the maps for the first..

L4D1 is a cool experience in of itself, L4D2 does indeed have the original maps

I don't think L4D2 has all of the original survival maps, but I'm not entirely sure (I just started playing it on PC, was playing on xbox for the longest time...)

There are a lot of subtle differences between the first game and the second but if you've never played before it won't make much difference where you start. If you're looking for content though L4D2 has the most,

Left 4 Dead 2 contains ported versions of the Left 4 Dead Versus campaigns, they are not the versions from the actual campaign section of Left 4 Dead. Left 4 Dead 2 does not include The Last Stand survival map.

Anyone who says Left 4 Dead is obsolete is lying.

I did. It was actually challenging and fun to make legit gold times in survival modes. To compare,check and help others to beat them. Most people that say L4D2 is basically L4D1 are lying. Most havent even played the first one or if they have its just few hours ,moving straight into L4D2 since they problaby buyed them both at the same time.

I use to play L4D 1 ALL the time until the brought the campaign maps to L4D2.... Now I just play L4D2

What are you talking about L4D1 has lesser trolls than L4D2. You played L4D2 first and then L4D1 and assumed its inferior .

Yes i played L4D2 first, but i like the first game more and you are right Left 4 Dead 2 has more trolls but Left 4 Dead 1 has more "pro's" wich is way worse since you can't even begin to play the game till you get kicked.
