How to uninstall ADDONS from L4D² ?

I want DELETE all ADDONS from my L4D² because it causing usless multiple loadings at game start making the game instable and laggy while loading.
I have only 2 addons installed (Tank challenge and SURIVORS1 skins) and that's totally boring to wait -at every game start- infinite loading datas (sometimes 2 min!!!) .
VALVE should allow to tick OFF all addons at start, and we should tick ON the desirated ones if we need it, that's totally UNBELIEVABLE.

I found no files in the folder "addons" of my game installation, and nothing allow to delete anything in the in game menu.

the only way i know how is to go into the workshop, select l4d2 and then go to subscribed and unsubscribe from them

Go to addons in the main menu and click each one then click view in workshop and then unsubscribe.
OR
Go to l4d2 workshop on steam or overlay and to the right you should see subscribed items(its a link), and you can unsub them there quick and easy.

if after that some subscribed items|maps still here make backup game in Steam -> then remove game content -> out from Steam -> open SteamApps\common\Left 4 Dead 2 and delete this folder, -> then Start Steam -> Restore Game - you get clean game without a large flow of internet traffic
