Missing hand
So on my Left for dead survivors (Bill Zoey Francis and Louis) tehir hadns are missing when I play as them

Could be the view model is messed up. Try typing in console the default view model:

cl_viewmodelfovsurvivor 52

Also might help if you took a screensht so we have a better idea what the problem is.

some of the mods in L4D makes you hands to disapear, try to disable character/weapon mods if you are using any
