If you're the last man up and you need to heal and rescue your teammates, what then?
(Yes, I know players spawn with more health)
It could most defiitley help the probably, but it is not a 100% guaranteed solution. I say this because say youscenario has happened, and the kits do not spawn till next chapter, as soon as it load up a higger could immdeitely heal and take anothet kit, evn if they're just a second faster than their teammates. Also you have to take into account some people may take longer to lad in, so they're most likelt screwed either way.
Maybe valve should have a limit on supplis in the safe room. Like after you take one
It's a very good topic of discussion and needs more attention!
Uh.... you just answered you own question. Did you not? If you make it to the end safe house & all the others are incapped, they spawn in better condition. No?
I agree there is no 100% solution. But there HAS to be A solution. Something is better than nothing.
In regards to people loading faster. Yes let me go on the record & say that is a valid thing. However. How many of you people see people loading in more than 5 - 7 seconds later. Most of my games all the players load in around the same time. Sure some of you might not have good internet. But has it REALLY affected it THAT much? Some input would be appretiated.
And yes Veronica, a cool down on taking med kits would be a great solution. Might I recommend you send that feedback to Valve. I know I will.
Me personally i cant say that i do too often. When i do, i just chalk it up to someone not knowing any better, or just not caring because theyre casual.
I agree with the connection thing, that only happens occasionally. How would I go about contacting valve in the most affective way? If it's only goign to be ignored, I am not going to waste my time.
as for the casual players, they should try to understand for the benefit of the time. Sure they're having a good time, no harm done being considerate. I agree with you
1) There is a seperate Steam support web page.
2) Create a account seperate to your Steam account.
3) Select the appropriate topics and / or sub topics.
4) Write up what you want to say.
5) Send feedback.
How long it takes kind of depends on you as well. Like how much you write. How easy the subject it is for Steam to get back at you. ect... Also log back in now & then. They should respond back. I know all my support write - ups were responded back to.
Alrighty, cool thanks!
I woudn't know. I don't play random often anymore since I got tired of playing with 3 deaf people. But when I do, never had people who steal medkits like a fiend. Just people who never speak or listen.
Way it works, med kits spawn in the safe room, and are transfered over to the next round if they are still there, along with any items on the floor : Gas can, throwables, defib, pills (if you killed your teamate for hp). I do not think it makes much sense to have items transfer over and THEN spawn 4 med kits when its fine to just have end items spawn at the beginning (my opinion though).
Then there are times where I tell someone else to take "my kit" because I have green hp and already carrying a kit/defib/special ammo. If they put a feature in which each survivor can only grab one kit, the scenerio I just mentioned would have at least one kit unused/ungrabble by anyone but me?
I just warn them to not do that again, otherwise the kick feature comes in handy for a more direct lesson in being considerate to your teamates. I just do not see how this could be fixed since this problem lies with the player. That individual not working with his team and is concerned for his own well-being.
