How to enable gore?
So I have the australian "Censored" version but there's articles saying there's a patch to enable gore but I can't seem to find it. This game is much better with the gore so if anyone could help me out here that'd be awesome

hi man. can u help me. when i click on the link takes me to some steam page(im new to steam) and i can see many games and i see l4d2 but nothing bout a patch o anything related to gore. just the base game which i allready have :/
