How do we change language?

^Title.
I changed it in the game's propreties, but it didn't change anything in game...

I think you have to change your default Steam language for it to change in L4D2, but I'm not positive.

Properties for l4d2.

There is a language section. I tried Japanese, sadly didn't work.. since the ♥♥♥ version has different characters and dialog.

But german, russian, spanish I know work fine.

It will need to update the game first .

Yes, I did that. Unless you meant in-game propreties - in this case, I didn't and don't know where to find these, unless they're in "options" or something.

What language did you do?

You have to right click l4d2, pick a language in properties, let it fully update.

But alot of them don't work.

I switched "French" to "english". I...dislike their new voices and i'm used to playing games in english, so yeah.
Nothing with "foreign characters" .
And yes, I waited for it to fully update. I came on the forums to ask how after checking in the game if the menu stuffs had changed.
