Stuff like this sets the bar insanely high for ACTUAL speedrunning (as in SRL community -- opposed to just "run really fast through maps").

I mean there is a reason why you don't see ANY L4D at AGDQ/SGDQ/SRL events. The game just isn't conducive to it and the AI director makes duplicating runs/WRs difficult to compare. There was some footage from one in an early AGDQ but it was 4 people casually playing, not speed running it.
Speedrunning is a play-through of a video game performed with the intent of completing a goal as fast as possible.
I.E. completing L4D2 runs as fast as i can and timing myslef on each segment and then improving on that. Im not like hey lets get this stuff huge im just doing it for myslef all i was asking is if there was a timer suggestion I found it and I can do what I want. if you really look at L4D2 its a good game to track time espetially if you are doing solo.
