l4d2 gives me black screen on loading while going into compaign

it always worked fine for me. and i pretty much tried everything to fix the problem but nothing seems to work.. when i enter a compaign thats allready started or a random compaign picked by the server to join... at first it gives me the loading screen and after a couple seconds, BAM! black screen! :/
i have been told that avast could be the problem of the isseu and it sure help some because sometimes the game wont even load or ill crash during gameplay.
also tried verify l4d2, dint work...

anyone some tips for me?
because this is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ anoying me!

Then disable all related services and see if L4D2 works now.

Another idea:

Maybe its a custom mod or map that causes this trouble.
Try if the problems also occur when all addons are disabled.
If that isnt the case, delete the responsible addon > problem solved.
If disabling all addons (plus verifying game cache) doesnt make a difference > no idea right now.

im not using avast anymore. after reinstalling my windows and installing bitdefender i dont have this problem anymore.
