Having Audio cut out with special infected, Starting any official campagins and FPS drops

I love using mods and I have a lot of characters, guns with scripts of them and custom campaigns. But most of my mods work and don't cause me any issues at all but lately whenever I start a campaign or a special infected hits and music plays it cuts my audio and SND_Restart don't work, I deleted all my audio mods that I recently downloaded, Campaigns and recent guns but its still causing me issues can anyone help?

you can scan your files just in case

i offen use this mod { https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=121272536 } to have it rebuild the audio set or update it if needed never have any sound Problems

Try snd_updateaudiocache
if that doesn't work, try snd_rebuildaudiocache (it takes a while).
