how to jockey instant kill?

Everytime I try to pull survivors off the ledge, they just hang in there.
I can't pull them down with me.
Do i need to press spacebar or sth? ty

if the 3 other survivors are incapped, riding the last one off the ledge will cause them to fall instead of grabbing the ledge.

Some ledges can be abused by tricking the game into allowing the survivor to drop when it should have hanged him.

HSTop does not have any videos that show how to instant kill with jockey

It depends, in custom servers you can jump with a survivor. If it's a regular match I think it depends on the speed you're moving the survivor or if there's space for the survivor to grab the ledge

Probably if you can jump on a survivor that's climbing a long ladder, you can do the instant kill, as ladders usually don't trigger ledge grabbing.

you cannot its physically impossible without mods or the right condition to be met where a survivor isnt allowed to hang which is rare and only used in cases like dead centre final 1st floor drop to platform

the only way to get a survivor dragged out of bounds is to pull them towords the ledge as they are about to go down and hope they slide off which apart from a rare spot like no mercy rooftop corner with staircase theres no way to force this assuming it even works without such tricks

maybe youve been holding spaebar which cancles out the hang mechanic or you saw it happen when its last survivor (all 3 are dead / icapped) which the hang mechanic gets disabled

Edit: also with modded servers that allows the jockey to jump if high enough you can leap far enough to avoid triggering the hang mechanic and make them fall out of bounds (can only think of thoes trashy pointshop against 12 bot survivor servers)

but yea you cant force someone out of bounds with jockey as the survivors hang mechanic overtakes you (same goes for smoker)

I used to watch a lot of HSTop before back when I used youtube often. I learnt how to ceiling jump and map-specific bugs through their videos before, and I do not recall any video he has made where he teaches how to throw survivors off the ledge before.

I want you to put yourself in OP's shoes for a bit. What if he doesn't watch HS top, and he sees your comment? He would have gone to HSTop's channel and have searched "jockey instakill" or something similar and not have found anything that answers his question. Trust me, I did try to find them after seeing your post and I did not see anything related to it. I've only seen a jockey pounce compilation so far, but haven't seen anything related to jockey insta-killing survivors. This video doesn't even show the Jockey throwing survivors off ledges and insta-killing them, just the Jockey landing on survivors.

If you are going to comment "Go watch hstop videos I can't be bothered to list them for you" on a post of a guy who is just simply asking how people manage to pull off survivors off the ledge without making them hang, at least be competent enough to fact-check your comment without bringing yourself in by saying that you're not bothered to list them for him. Or, much better, don't comment at all if you don't bring anything of value to the table.

yea saw em at some point and how i learned a few of em, can recall seeing em but not from an exact video might just be scattered around

hstop should prob just make a video dedicated to it
