Still something to prove

i just need a single person to come help me get this achievement. i could get it alone? yes i could. But, i dont have 3k hours in the game. yesterday i did the parish and the passing in expert, alone with bots and it was okay i guess, but, when i tried doing Dark Carnival alone with these useless bots i went insane. The concert chapter was impossible to do cause this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ bots just kept dying and barely killed a few ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ zombies. i tried everything: doing the glitch at the top of that tower where the zombies and special infected get stuck under you, reviving my bots and trying to carry them and protect them, etc. after trying at least 25 times i just went to sleep. Is this a petition for valve to improve bots in l4d2? no its not. if i use mods from workshop that arent client-sided, i wont get achievement so thats why i cant improve these bots by mods.

You are given so many supplies on Dark Carnival's finale, use them. You have tons of fireworks and molotovs to deal with commons, and giant sniper towers that let you see 95% of the map, giving you a huge range advantage over the special infected. It's not that hard.

still impossible cause bots die before i activate the lights. dont matter if there is tons of supplies cause there are smokers around or boomers etc. its frantic

Sounds like a you problem. I and I'm sure many other people could boot up the game right now and beat the finale with default bots no problem.

I could suggest you some OP bot mods that may make you look like a newbie in front of them , but I think that's probably not what you're looking for.

But actually I'm more surprised with the fact that you could finish "The Parish" without problem. I was the opposite about 9-10 years ago, like, I could beat "Dark Carnival" with my big bro by camping near the switch, but we couldn't beat "The Parish" bridge for several days (total of playing time in hours), thanks to vanilla bots that always either fell behind & got caught by SI or one or both of us got caught & they're too slow to rescue . Nowadays there are some good bot mods, so this kind of problem should no longer exist, as people can freely switch to some OP bot mods if normal/ balanced bot mods still can't help them beat the campaigns on Expert.

don't hold in the sniper tower if you're doing it with bots, they will die much faster that way. hold it on the stage and protect them as much as you can (atleast that's what worked for me when i did this solo).
