Mod request: Lanolin the sheep & Tangle the Lemur

Hi, i don't know how to make mods on l4d2 (nor think that i can on a steamdeck), so i was hoping someone could make Lanolin the sheep from the Sonic IDW comics has Rochelle, and Tangle the lemur has Ellis, it would be really cool, so thanks to anyone who does it!
