Special Infected cheat?
There's a lot of cheating going on here, it's completely ridiculous these days. But what I actually wanted to ask is: Are there cheats for special infected that make them invisible? I swear, I was in a completely open area and a jockey kept scratching me. I couldn't see him. It was completely crazy. The guy definitely had scripts running, which was clearly to see once he was a survivor. But I've never seen anything like that with infected.

tomorrow, bro
no amount of internal/external scripts can read and modify game memory and can't inject code either because aren't made by writing code itself, its just simple writing that anyone with a minimal of knowledge could do.

sometimes you meet cheaters like these but i really only met them rarely. Either most people dont do it cos it might ban their account(with bought game) or the cheat is hard to pull off.

Yes, they cheat. The game will literally spawn them inches away from you without noise.

They do cheat. Hunter is the prime example of an AI having the ability to claw you while stunned by shoves

read my post. I don´t talk about an AI jockey.

If it's a simple scratch/ normal attack, I'm not sure if there are any cvars to change normal attack range (there should be ones, probably) as I rarely take a look at special infected cvars. I only know that for special infected abilities, each of them has their own cvars, like tongue range, hunter's jump speed, hunter's jump height, jockey's jump speed etc.

So if you're scratched from afar by normal attacks & it's on a modded server, probably it's because of cvars.

OP, ofc there are cheats for the infected. Cheats are not exclusive to video-game human characters. If it really were cheats, It might have been speedhack + aimbot, since all he needs is to zap through u at the speed of light and the attack will automatically go off. i've seen speedhacking jockeys and when they ride a survivor, the survivor will move in ludicrous speeds too lol.
i believe being invisible is a little more difficult, without admin access. Maybe it was a local server and he was the host? Or a friend's server and he had admin privileges.

That's a modded game. For all we know, either the jockey spawning music and sounds are broken from all the active mods or there's a mod that outright disables spawning music and sounds. Just like the gun being silenced. There was a dude, not too long ago, asking for mods to disable the S.I. spawning music/sounds as he found them too distracting.

Also, OP was clearly talking about a human player since he mentioned scripts and "The guy".

i don't think it was cheat, jockey sometimes is silent probably you simply don't have good reflexes and have to blame some kind of cheat

Yeah, keep ranting on forums, I'm sure that'll stop the Jockey. Pro tip: try getting good instead. What you described is clearly a skill issue on your end.

What if it really was a cheating player? I've seen some, and i only noticed because their cheats were blatant (aimbot, speedhack). What about all the other times i didn't notice? The good cheaters are the ones that are never caught.

As if I care about the content of your post....
You've been on my block list for a long time for a reason.

take some cheats.
bind mouse2 +attack2
That's totally fair to question if you are one of those paranoid noobs who, the second they are fine and talking trash to the enemy team, next getting pounced by something that came out of nowhere, and your teammates are teabagging instead of helping. Sometimes, weird stuff happens in Left 4 Dead 2 that can feel like cheating but actually isn't. The game's janky Source engine, plus lag and clever infected tactics, can make things seem way more suspicious than they are. Haha, maybe a little, but Left 4 Dead 2 can definitely bring that out in people.😂😂😂
EDIT : PARANOIA👻👻
