There's a bunch of horror franchises out there that cater for this sort of thing, but I don't think realism is the top priority of the zombie game where downing entire bottles of painkillers temporarily cures having your ribcage shattered by a zombie with tree trunks for arms.
You can try No More Room in Hell. That game has child zombies.... and you'll quickly loathe them the second you see them. Nothing like a hard to hit, agile, always running, obnoxiously screaming 5 year old little girl wanting to gnaw your leg off and yet is somehow more durable then the common walker.
Each generation becomes more tech dependent and subsequently more lazy. (>.<)
Searching "Left 4 Dead" "children" gets you plenty of answers INCLUDING the points Cursed Hawkins made (twice).
Even if you just want to "trigger" a discussion at least BRING something to the table.
OP... next time... make SOME effort.
This is akin to the toddler in the back seat of the car asking "Why?" a thousand times. (^.^)
