How to access L4D2 stats now?
With the new Steam interface I can only see Achievements, it doesn't take you to the Stats tab anymore (like % of games won, survival medals). Is it still there or is it gone?

good question

You can't access ANYTHING regarding players anymore, can't view profiles through in-game prompts either! I think this new steam update an UI completely disregards games of old.

view yourself in a normal regular web browser.

Yeah, I was sure they are still accessible, just wanted to make sure it was not me missing a button or something

You can access stats by clicking on achievement progress on your steam profile, but only if the game is in the last three played.

Oh that's a little bit better, thanks!

I think it's always been like that.
So it just depends where you access from.
Thought they were asking from within the new client interface.
As long as you have a way to get to your own profile.

Before you could get there by clicking "my achievements" from the Library tab and that's how I always did it. Now it just opens a small window with your achievements

Yes. You now have to use your recently played (or activity) list on your profile page, and click on "achievement progress" from there.

Ah, I understand. That's fair.
Most of the time I normally browse the Steam community from a normal web browser.
If I needed to access something in-game, I'd shift-tab from the overlay.

This is my exact gripe I am having with the new UI. I hate my achievements popping up in a tiny window. Plus it doesn't show the lifetime stats anymore when you do that. Opening up a browser like Firefox to view that is annoying af. Whomever changed that on the Valve staff needs to get rammed by a Tank.

I also noticed that with achievements and the new UI, you can't see the plus button anymore. For example with the achievement of killing common infected with all 9 melee weapons, you now can no longer see which you have completed or haven't. So awesome and attentive from Valve :steamfacepalm:
But it was always in-game, the Steam UI never showed weapons or anything else.
