It is far easier to use the the Workshop.
Go to Workshop here on steam and search for the mod instead of doing what Red Eclipse said.

The advantage of the workshop is being able to instantly receive updates for the mods; with maps this is useful, but unless op is really dedicated to this mod they may as well use a vpk to avoid the problems the workshop sometimes has.
