How do i get out of spectating mode?

I'm currently playing on a mod server. I went to the bathroom and when I came back I was in spectate mode. I had been playing as Coach, but now Coah is just a bot with "Coach" over his head and I am stuck in spectate mode. I've seen this before on some mod servers but I figured I'd try to find out what I can do to fix this. In the past I would just leave and rejoin.

Is there a console command to get back on the team, or for these mod servers is there a chat command I can use. Chat commands usualy start with an exclamation (!)
