Quick question...
Why are there more l4d missions than l4d2 missions, sure I love the original cast. But after the l4d2 characters escapes from the bridge, what happens next?

They are taken to a military base, where they are experimented on..
If they are like L4d1 characters, they escaped before being killed, If not. they died.
