Error Signs?

Hello, ive played L4D2 for a while now, and every map theres atleast one error sign, ive tried re-installing it but it still dosent work, and my friends dont have error signs what did i do wrong? how do i fix it?

Some items that have errors
* Axe
* Cop Cars
* Special Infected (They are pink and black)
* Pills
(The other stuff i dont know, but i know theres a lot more stuff that are errors)

Do you ahve addons? Sometimes they are the cause of these sort of problems.

Sorry late responce, ive been away. But i do and ive tried removing them and it dosent help, i have been using Addons for the Missing Errors but i still cant find all because i do not know what they are. I cant find a good Cop car one, and i have a Error for a pison (idk what it is) and one for a shotgun (idk what it is)
