4. Type "kick ###", with ### meaning their numbers
There. I think that's how. I haven't done so in a while, but I'm pretty sure that's how.
a) You hosted on local server (not official dedicated or best dedicated)

b) You have admin rights, usually because you're paying a monthly/annual fee.

Yes but that can be difficult if the person had odd symbols in their name.
My friend's friend has me blocked, so even invited I can't join the game or lobby when they are in it.
Dont know if they are changed it, but in the past blocked people could join my games, so it havent made any difference.
Blocking only prevents others to add you as friend or comment your profile.
Would be good if they couldnt join our games, but in my experience that doesnt work

I don´t think you can. At least not by any normal means. Unless you have some special benefit on a particular server. Also, hosting a local server is far from ideal, because you´d have to keep it running, and can´t turn off your PC, as long as there are players on it.
Besides, it´s friends, or it´s friend friend´s friends, aren´t any of our business.
