Should Infected really be spawning inside saferooms?

Dark Carnival - Chapter 4 (Barns)
Death Toll - Chapter 4 (Town)
Dead Air - Chapter 4 (Terminal)
Blood Harvest - Chapter 3 (Bridge)
Cold Stream - Chapter 2 (South Pine Stream)

I understand that the developers want to make the game more difficult by doing this but isn't this going too far? I mean, it is a really big issue on expert difficulty (unless your team is really careful and skilled). I think we're all used to Infected spawning there, sometimes I get SI (and not just in the Church on Death Toll)

But, that vid was really effed up, maybe the Director was mad that he didn't save his teammates....

They shouldn't be spawning inside safe rooms, it's supposed to be a safe zone.

The room isn't safe until you clear it out and make it safe.

Yes they really should spawn in safe rooms. The maps were specifically designed that way. Many of the maps listed have specific scripts for the events (Like the run in Dark Carnival, Cold Stream and Blood Harvest) that make sure the zombies spawn ahead of you (and the safe room being the end point, is always ahead of you). This is by design.

No they should not continue spawning in safe rooms once you are inside. Zombies are not suppose to spawn anywhere you have LOS, that isn't obscured. It’s a bug.

Safe rooms are really only safe once the next map starts loading.
